Still works for me.
have you tried to go in to data files in the launcher menu and check off loose files? that worked for me. i also changed win7 theme to basic. =) been working for about 2 hours now =D
Also, on a sidenote, have you also made the line iNumWthreads=1( or 2)???? I do not know, if that is the exact thing it is called, but it is needed. Hope it helps.
forgot to mention that i did that to. but it didnt work for me. i also downloaded somthing that was called d3d9.dll but i only have it on my desktop. have not plased it in anny spesific folder for fallout 3. For me the games started working after changing win7 theme to basic and i went in to data files and checked loose files. Started without anny trouble. =)
