Nvidia surround *Almost* works but doesn't. :-(

Well, the game plays, but basically continues to display at 16:9 rather than going to 16:3, everything is zoomed in and the top half of the screen is sorta chopped off.

Makes me sad because otherwise it works and runs butter smooth. Checked in the config files for aspect ratio but it isn't a configurable setting outside of the settings tool on the game's front end. (The game actually lets you pick the aspect ratio.)

Annoying that the front end lets you pick the resolution (5760x1080 in this case) but doesn't support the proper aspect ratio.

Game seems awesome though.

I can confirm this, this type of behaviour is referred to as being vertical minus, basically the game is still rendering in a 16:9 aspect ratio, but is cropping the top 1/3 and bottom 1/3 of the view port. I actually think this game is going one worse, I reckon its rendering at 1920x1080 then stretching to fit, it has the same effect only it make the graphics looks pixelated.

I believe the issue stems from the fact the game/launcher is registering a 48:9 and in my case a 48:10 aspect ratio as 16:9.

Hi,

I was just about to start a thread about this since picking up the game. The game is indeed Vert-, but the main menu's etc seem to work fine. Also the in game HUD is not centre (probably not huge) but the in game prompts are stretched :/ Love to have this game working across 3 montiors. All screens are using nvidia surround (326.80 beta) @ 5760 x 1080.

Ok, ok the new game is out :P I even picked it up knowing that it wouldn't have been fixed :/ BUT again I played all the way through the tutorial (so it is allmost playable) but I miss out on so much pretty stuff :P
