Is PC version the best version?

It's better than the 3DS version, which I have completed. I dunno about 360/PS3 but I'd assume so because of mouse aimming and better graphics ect.

mouse aiming and 60fps make it the definitive version.

Being able to mod Jill's face back to her potato nose style immediately got my vote for the PC version. I was also able to play around with my nVidia card's settings and so far I like what I see.

Sadly, no. Console ports often get shoddy performance.
