How do I remap keys?

Because of a disability in my left hand (it's pretty busted up), I use a Razer Orbweaver for gaming along with my mouse, but because I can't use my thumb, I can't use its spacebar for jump, so I've got it remapped elsewhere. But unless I'm really missing something obvious in-game, that's... not something this game allows? Most games are pretty good about allowing you to remap keys for disabled gamers. Hope it comes in an update sometime! I'd love to play the game.

Check the pinned threads. The Issues and Temporary Workarounds thread specifically links to a tutorial on how to rebind keys for non-qwerty layouts, which is what you're using.
