Blurr and mod menu problems

I just buyed RoG DLC and from nowhere all game has blurred(i know there was guy with same problems but my resolution is good).So all my game is blurred(im using ASUS card) menu,world stuff(like saplings) or even numbers of thing i need to craft something,but characters is good and i have no idea what to do with it.On other hand i know that mods are other world but im writing about them because i can't even enter mods menu,game instantly crashing(unless its some bug and Klei is working on it and i don't know about this again >_>).Anyway can anyone solve my blurr problem? :O

I had a similar issue. I tried turning the small textures off and restarted the game. That worked for me, give it a shot.
