Linux and Mac versions are now available
Update: this is the old mac/linux beta thread. But now they are fully released and should be available on the regular Chivalry in your steam library.

Please post any bug reports, performance reports, or other feedback to:
Linux[forums.tornbanner.com]
Mac OS X[forums.tornbanner.com]

I've been getting audio clicking, there's an audible click pretty regularly, like every second or so.

Here's my Steam system info: http://pastebin.com/SjLHqQg9

Also I'm using ALSA as my audio backend and I've played around with the audio options, varying either of them, and neither seemed to affect the issue at all.

But Pulse and JACK are running as well, so I'm not quite sure how the game selects its backend.

Noticed that flags and banners tend to be streetched out all over the map, horisontaly from one end to the other. Performance for me has otherwise been great on Linux.

Same here; but I've got no pulseaudio or jack running, just plain Alsa.

Anyway, it's great to have this finally on Linux.

Running on a Mac pro quad core 2010 with new GTX 760
I use a Logitec wired mouse and an apple wired keyboard, buttons one and two work randomly within the game ..sometimes strike sometimes nothing. Requires a double click for al menu options .. is that right? Framerate doesn't seem bad ... but regular random stutters.

im running a quad amd and a gtx 760, i have no stutters on linux fps is hovering around 50 - 60 with everything highest at 1080p. it wouldnt hurt for another 10% but as far as a port goes this is very nice

Audio/Video is fine... however the game freezes randomly; I've played 9 times, it's frozen within 10 minutes each time. Lenovo Carbon X1 (intel graphics, i5, ssd, 4gb) with ubuntu 14.10 64bit.

That's intereating ... I think the Mac version may need a little more love .... Strangley 'The Witcher 2' on the Mac which may be one of the most complained about ports ever is absolutely fine for me :)

Ok well a restart seems to have sorted out the mouse and glitches, however I think there are some fairly significant performance issues to sort out.

I have a mac mini, the new 2014 edition. I click play and it opens but the program doesn't respond and shows the loading screen undefinitely.

Same here. Shows a spinning sword and the controls, but never goes past that. Late-2013 iMac running 10.10.1.
