Nvidia hotfix driver 353.38 Batman perf. improvements and SLI fix?
https://forums.geforce.com/default/topic/849203/geforce-drivers/announcing-geforce-hotfix-driver-353-38/1/

According at forum post this driver should fix TDR issue in Google Chrome browser but there is a post from one user, I quote:

SLi now working for me on BMAK. Both GPU's running the same load and now max boost clock stays.

Driver link (pick your OS version there), for some reason page is corrupted right now. Just scroll down and you will see download section

Can someone confirm if SLI was fixed?

Now, I've played a bit and game runs for me a bit better. I'm not saying that is perfect gameplay - it's better. At least performance during Batmobile ride was a ****** choppy mess before.

Please, pay attention:
1. I'm on bugy Windows 10 Insider Preview.
2. Performance in B:AK was worse with previous driver for Windows 10
3. My settings are maxed out but my GPU is below system requirements for maxed out gameplay (GTX 970 vs GTX 980 for max settings)
4. Without Gameworks smoke FX game runs even better.
5. Maybe game will run better with fps cap.

Gameplay with settings and fps. Batmobile ride and some glide.

My system specs, just in case:

Windows 10 x64 (build 10130)
i5 4690K @ 4.8Ghz
GTX 970 with modded BIOS (130% power limit) @ 1450\4000Mhz
Asus Maximus VII Hero
8GB DDR3 RAM
2x SSD, 1x HDD

The website is broken with terrible scripts. Scroll all the way down to download the new beta drivers if you want to test it out. I don't know how it runs and won't know how it runs because I'm taking a shower. I just got back from a jogging session.

Thanks mate. I have been getting driver crashes due to TDR while using Google Chrome. Going to try this out now.

edit: Chrome caused a driver crash when I went the link to download the hotfix lol.

Does this actually fix SLI or just make it run (which it was before if you did the geforce experience update way)? I read some bad things about this being unstable, so I want to make sure before I update. Can anybody confirm that SLI is actually better now?

Just tested with 1x and then 2x gtx 970. SLI runs now but the game overall still runs better on a singular card. I averaged 51 fps on a single 970 with a minimum of 30 fps. With SLI enabled both GPUs were being used but there was a lot of stuttering and the average fps was only 36, with a min of 21. As another guy stated, the single gpu perfomance of my 970 did get slightly increased with this driver.

Even worse driver... Before was 37 min, 74 max, 57 ave. Now it's 37 min, 70 max and 51 Ave with SLI.

So no this new driver update did not fix SLI.

How about stuttering?
This driver did not improve anything in this game for me (Haswell i5 + 8 GB RAM + a single 970 ). Maybe it's only meant for SLI.

I actually get freezes now... Which I never had before. Just frames stuttering.

This did the trick. GTX 660 and i5-760 and its running very smooth over here now.
