I always return to the main title screen instead of the table menu after I finish playing a table. Am I missing a prompt or is this the only method currently?

Hi there I love the game and would like to master it. For some reason though for the tables SSC, NN2, OGA and SVL, the "Pause Achievements" wont trigger for me. They did work for Bass and Dreamland just fine. Am I doing something wrong? Do i have to pause at a specific moment or event triggered? I appreciate any tips and or help. Thanks you in advance....

First let me say I'm enjoying Slot Shots Pinball. You guys make some of the best Pinball Creator tables that are coming out. Good sounds, creative tables, and the designs get better with each new table. I've noticed a couple small things that would really improve the presentation of the game. #1 Configurable joystick/keypad bindings. The default settings are mostly good, though I'm not sure why the nudge is on X and B. Most pinball games use the D-pad and/or left analog joysticks for 4-direction nudg...
