Error!
How can I fix this when I start up it says "The program can't start because tier0_s.dll is missing from you computer" I have reinstalled it.

Try restarting Steam, that usually fixes it. I'm not sure what the error actually does because once you close the error window, Source Film Maker should start like normal just fine.

I used to get the same message, a quick restart of Steam fixed it for me though.

Yeah, same here. Yet the app starts fine without any problems!
