(This is an unpublished video, so I just might add it to a guide later, but I think there is already a guide on sownloading from the workshop there already. I'll leave it up for a couple of days though.)
If it still doesn't work, try launching steam as an administrator, it just might not have enough authority to write files to your program files (x86) folder.
If that doesn't work, validate your program's local cache.
Right-click Source FilmMaker in Steam, click Properties > General > Set Launch Options..., and make sure "-nosteam" is not there, then reboot Source FilmMaker. Did this help?
