Stuck on door opening.

16 GB RAM

I'm in chapter 1 and whenever I go through a door it gets stuck on the unlocking animation. In order to get through the door I have to turn down the graphics from 1080p to 720p. After I go through the door I can turn it back up to 1080p. I'm not getting and frame rate issues, it's a constant 60 FPS, I simply can't go through doors.

Any Ideas?
