Per the steam achievements, it says 0% have gotten it; and the great guide available also hasn't figured it out. I would assume you have to be very well liked by both Fraulen and what's his name which i've been able to do multiple times. The only time the drinking contest could take place is when you first get to the cabin and you get the choice to break out the liquor cabinet. I have only played this game since the update came out in November and nothing I do seems to cause this achievement to happen. The guide says to: The Police save the day. location: Lavorgo Make sure you have left many footprints and the police are ready to catch you before rescuing Luisa from the castle.
