Pilots please help! Logitech Extreme 3D PRO - Problem

Hey guys, I need your help. When I'm using the joystick, the game is throwing me each 3/5 mins after some flickering back to desktop. Although the game is still running (Like Alt+Tab). When I'm not using it, the game is stable. Tried it with and without software. Maybe something collides in the settings? But it's not caused by a certain combo. Checked the 'stick with the software, everything worked fine.

Keyboard & mouse also from logitech - turned all logitech drivers off, still happens though.
