A few ideas for the pony race currently in this mod:

Remove akward hoofprint on hoof
Make all gauntlets / gloves / etc. turn into hooves
Make pegasi / alicorns able to fly / hover (based off of stamina & maybe a skill branch)
Make unicorns / alicorns have increased magic (and use horns instead) while others normal magic (normal pony magic stats)
Replace war paints with cutie marks (and maybe have small affects to the character)
Fix issue with tail not showing up on full-head helmet

These are just a few ideas and I hope you take these into consideration.
