reason is that i think half life 2 has the max map size (for 2004 that is) and he said he wont make it soooo no hl2 resized

Is not possible.

There can't be a Half-Life 2 resized because Half-Life 2 runs in the same engine as G-mod. The loading screens were added in Half-Life 2 because the engine literally can't handle bigger maps. So yeah, if you see a loading screen in Half-Life 2, is because you are literally reaching the capabilities of this engine.

after 3.56 years, i got my answer

Time comes and goes. For an adult, 3 years really don't feel like much as time goes on.
