Also, can you provide a screenshot, I'm a bit unsure exactly what you are meaning.

Even though this mods do not modify the vanilla traditions your seems to add new ones and stuff, since it does that I presume it modifies the tradition interface file. All mods which adds/removes traditions or trees must modify that file. Because it is only one file traditions mods are by default not compatible.
If you want that mods traditions changes it will require some working, if you do not need it you will have to go to Steam/Steam Apps/Workshop, find that stellaris mod and delete all files relating to traditions (common/traditions, common/tradition_categories, interface/toolbar something (forgot, not a .txt file), possibly one other .txt file in interface and one file in localisation.
