Any mods you reccommend for Norfolk? Any assets?
I think you should either create some assetsthat are in Norfolk irl, create original ones, get them from others, or have no assets. As for the mods, any that I could use? Especially on Norfolk?

I don't personally create assets for this game, as for mods, it's really down to choice, I don't believe any mod would benefit any particular map any more than another; I use around 1100 assets and 36 mods for my own preferences.

Assets that need to created:

Dry Docks in various sizes
Goliath Gantry Crane
Naval Facilities
Harbor TugBoat both prop and vehicle
