+ Headshot will make an explosion in a small blast radius (equivalent to a grenade explosion, does 100 damage to the headshotted target if they didn't die, while a small amount of damage to targets in the blast radius)

also on headshot makes the target get coverd in jarate (and also his/her healer )

I was making stats, based on weapon's look.
+) On hit: Outlines enemies for your team till arrow remains in his body. Lasts for 5 seconds.
+) Faster charge speed by 20%
-) Base damage decreased by 35%
Intended to make "Huntsman"-mains become more of a support class or simply to practice your shots more often, without waiting too much for a charge. But personally, I would like to give "Highlighting ability" to a Spy instead, since he's a true Support class and the most weak out of any other one, at least for this day.
