Maybe more shield power or regen etc. can help! I will try find and work on that on my mod directory!
EDIT: After some further use of the mod, the lighter weapons are much less damaging than the heavy, medium and quads. Not sure if they're jsut right or just a bit too weak. The larger weapons on the fewer turrets seem more balanced too, but I haven't gotten to the SD yet. Im the "frigates" that are classed as DDs atm. So it seems like its not far off of a good balance.
Actually having trouble with other ships now that they're bigger than corvettes :)
Also important is that the ships don´t stick with the vanilla weapon count and will have way too many.
This, I'd even go so far to say that between 2 and 4 more mounts on the 2 larger ships wouldn't feel overpowered to me. To counteract the extra mounts I feel the pricing for the weapons could greatly be increased. All I think is the opening to New Hope and the endless onslaught of lazers being fired and I'd like to see this at least the imperial destroyer be capable of showing something close to this
Might need to increase recharge of the reactor or scale down the turbolasers in general.

Read the changelog it states that big turrets take more energy then small turrets.
If my attitude isn´t to you liking then walk away, i had to deal with so much ♥♥♥♥ already on the Stellaris mods with people not able to read a simple mod description.
Asking the same thing over and over even if it is all written on the mod front page, not being able to make a clear statement on what is wrong and what needs exactly to be changed (aka to wich number the dmg needs to be changed), that i got this attitude.

@§α¡η☩ i used the concord ships for the imperial ships as base with these values.
The Ion cannon makes x5 dmg against shields more then douple as any other vanilla weapon = 744 dps against shields (for one turret), dosent look like that is weak to me.
For the hull and shield values, i used the ones from Concord, didn´t looked at the others tbh. Wich faction is the tanky one? will swap Imperial to Armor and less shield so Rebels would be later more shields less armor.
Fighters will come when Jeroenimos new fighter models get textures, i have the permission to use them, until then you guys have to wait, wont do the work twice
