A few of my concepts
This is my Concept:
Trait: Five-Year Plan

[Communist Economic Strategy]
- Gain a production and science boost in cities following a defined five-turn cycle, reflecting the central planning of economic activities.
- Receive bonus yields in production and science when constructing Industrial Zone and Campus districts during the active phase of the Five-Year Plan.

[Collective Goals]
- Cities under the effect of the Five-Year Plan experience increased loyalty due to the sense of collective purpose and national development.
- Improved citizen happiness during the plan's active period, representing the motivation derived from shared national goals.

[Military Mobilization]
- During the Five-Year Plan, military unit production is accelerated, mirroring the historical emphasis on rapid industrialization, which extended to the military sector.
- Unique military units receive additional bonuses during the active phase, reflecting the strategic focus on strengthening the armed forces.

Ideological Influence:
- Cities of non-communist civilizations captured by the Soviet Union are more resistant to rebellion and never defect to other ideologies.
- The ideological strength of communism makes it challenging for non-communist civilizations to incite unrest or incite loyalty shifts in occupied cities.
