If your wanting to play this map, you can always try GMOD as sometimes subscribed tf2 maps will come up in your tf2 folder. If your trying to play this map in TF2, then I can't help you. Sorry.

Well, first, go to your 'Steam' folder, then go to 'SteamApps'. Next, click 'workshop'. Then, proceed into 'content'. Go to '440' in that folder. Look through each folder for the map. Then copy the map file.
Go back to 'SteamApps'. Go to 'common', then 'Team Fortress 2', and into 'tf'. Go into the 'maps' folder there, and press Ctrl+V, or right-click and click 'Paste'. Finally, create your own server in the game, and when you choose a map to play on, it should be sitting there.
Easy as snail pie, right?
(Sorry, I had to put an UT reference in there somewhere.)
