why has this mod been discontinued?
because i'm not finding any info about that.

If you look at jslay's Workshop all of his mods say Discontinued..... Which is a shame he did a great job on the mod's. Hope to see them continue with modding.

I'm also seeing that as of 23 Dec, 2017 the server the api hits (versioncheck.arkmodding.net) is coming back as not found when I try it in firefox / chrome. so could also be due to real world costs (server hosting / bandwidth)

more so just needed to dedicate my time to things other than ARK. Was at it for two years, gotta step away at some point.

Brought it out of 'retirement' as its pretty straight forward to now host your own API, or use the public Heroku App API that I have posted.

The mod itself shouldn't need any updates, as the logic it uses, is core base logic that should never break. Should work for the rest of ARK's life.

Having said that, I will no longer personally support the mod, as it shouldn't need any further support than everything I have already provided.
