sub to the map, open file explorer and go to...

C:/Program Files (x86 maybe)/Steam/steamapps/common/Team Fortress 2/tf/maps
now look for ctf_2fooooooooooooooooort.bsp and copy it
go back to steamapps/common and go in GarrysMod/garrysmod/maps and pop it in there, tadaaaaa! :Gohan:
