TFAR causes local transmit on server switching channel and/or after using radio if 'Add Voice Activity Detection' is enabled in TeamSpeak.
Bit of an odd one but for some reason after being swapped channels when joining a server or when using a radio (SR or LR) if a player has 'Add Voice Activity Detection' enabled alongside Push To Talk in TeamSpeak it will then get stuck transmitting locally.

I can make an issue on Github later if that's a more useful way of reporting this issue.
