None can hear me

I installed TFAR and I can hear everyone just as it is supposed to be, but no one can hear me + Teamspeak puts that "Action currently not possible due to spam protection. Please wait a few seconds and try again." in my chat every few seconds... Anyone knows how to repair it?

The Teamspeak Admin has to modify the Anti-Flood settings to fix that.
