This mod is for Black Vipers and other things related to them, there with not be nato forces in this mod.

PURPOSE:
Without re-modeling, only code twitch:
1) Making Viper's equipments truly technological advanced, not some "advanced in name only" trade-off items.
Can fulfill the role of diver suit, Special Rig, GL Rig
with backpack-level carrying capacity (so they can always wear parachute)
for the price of regular fatigue and light helmet.
So we can operate from Sea, Air and Land seamlessly.
2) Weapons have distinct advantage, at least one tier above its weight.
Can partial fill the role of LMG.
12.7mm BW should be shooting silently to make full use of the concept "covertly disable vehicle" instead of using explosive Rocket Launcher.
3) Scope should be able to adapt to all situations.

Change the field of view of back-up sight for clearer and better view.
Back-up sight is compatible with thermal vision. (this one might need re-modeling)

The 6.5mm gun is as accurate as MAR-10

The way to do is to modify the equipment statistic.
Also something you could do (but would be a little more focused for Spetznas) would be to add Black camouflage for the Spetznas gear (to match the "Black Track Suit").
Also it could be interesting to add a "Black Skin/camouflage" for the Bergen, and whatever other backpacks (and harnesses such as the LVB Harness) that also lack black colors. (IIRC the Carryall/kitbag backpacks do not have black colors)
