You should be able to choose between Hamilcar, Hasdrubal the Fair and Hannibal as your starting generals already. Though not the other Barca brothers.

Unless you're talking about something different from the vanilla historic starting general mechanics (which I'm just using here) where you get to have the entire Barcid family at once in the sandbox. I could do something like that in a future version but that'd be for much later this year.

Yeah having the whole family in sandbox would be great! Just for roleplaying purposes

Took a while for me to get around to it but I released a minor patch today which, among some fixes, adds the whole family to the invader sandbox (other members of the family trickle in as you conquer your first few cities)
