Qualis Gems - Too easy to acquire?
As we all know, there is a qualis gem lying around in the infamous Rane chest. Then, I got lucky quite early (around day 60) and was able to defeat the Sheik and the remnants of his worn down army. Boom, two qualis gems, which enable me to get a rune sword very early on. I feel as though I got the endgame weapon already.

Maybe some fine tuning is in order? Maybe the gifted qualis gem in the Rane chest should be removed? It feels kind of cheaty and speeds things up by a great deal.

You don't have to get it from the chest in Rane. You can opt to take 100k instead of the gem. You can save those gems and put toward CKO's. You don't have to play the game in cheat mode and teleport around the map, nor view all armies on the map, nor gift yourself upgraded troops nor money, but people do all the time.

It is all up to you to police yourself and scale the difficulty to your liking.

I disagree entirely with the qualis gems being too easy. If anything, it's the reverse.
