Sure would be nice, Qualis Gems are very hard to get by and is a resource really useful for many other things as well. On the other hand, if you hunt Jatu Warbands and Singalian Slavers for a living, then Noldor Trade Goods and Various Loot are not too difficult to get. although you do need a decent army for that as well so I think it is a reasonable trade of, only thing I would suggest is that it would also require you to have completed "Befriending the Noldor" first.

That would make getting Noldor troops too easy tbh. Noldor Trade Goods drops very often on Singalian and Jatus, gold and loot is so easy to get. You do this and everyone will basically stock up their troops with Noldor Rangers. The troop request thing from your companion is already more than generous. Noldors shouldn't be anyone's main troops, they're very hard to get because they're overpowered just as it should be

You have a point and I do agree, those resources are too easy to get by, but if you have a relationship requirement to unlock this option, let's say 50+ with Noldor, I think it would be balanced. This is very hard to get unless you go for a Noldor specific playthrough, which I am right now, but it is a bit frustrating to be at day 180 and level 30 with only 17 noldor warriors/rangers alive because I've only had one gem to use so far on units.

25 NH is not op at all.
3 Noldor warrior cost 1 NTG
2 Noldor Ranger cost 1 NTG
2 Noldor maiden cost 1 NTG
1 NN and NTK. Cost 1 NTG
Noldors are hunted at pendor you could easily buy them if it was real world.
It is grate I wrote here now I know some players do not wants this change this will not be a thing now.
