Hiring Noldor Troops
A gem or "delicate pottery" is need. I got two "noldor trade goods" but I can't hire noldor troops. What's my mistake?

From how you worded it in the description for recruiting Noldor it sounds like you can just use either 1 or the other for recruiting not both. Should probably reword it in the next update

Both Quigfen and Arandur will give more troops if you give WITH the Qualis Gem, one Noldor Trade Goods. It is worded fine.
