In the beginning, kill people, take their stuff, sell it to the nearest town. Also tournaments.
That is, if you meant in the game. If you meant in real life, forget what I said.

Aye My good sir. I shall completely disregard your comment regarding whether i meant in game or in life, and continue to act on this advice in real life. Thank you.

Slave trading is pretty good money maker. And when you have enough start up some businesses and bring in some cash.

Been long time since I played but best way to make money early game was to get a horse and some type of melee weapon then take out vanskerry patrols by yourself. Huge rep farm + loot is great. Just circle around them and bait them to throw their axes/javelins until they run out. At that point start picking them off. Ocassional archers with groups you can deal with after group runs out of throwables and separates from them.

If you use a tweak you can disable or raise rep cap to make game less grindy. If you want to do it, make sure you tweak it before grinding these guys, once you get good you can make some major rep by taking out a group of 50 or so solo.

@bug
my tipps are: train some dshar horseman and grind those vanskerry, get yourself a blunt weapon for some extra cash and become a mercenary ofa kingdom and train some more elite units (i get currently 12.8k denar and pay 10k wages) and with the money overflow buy some buissnes (become mercenary first but dont attack any lord of a specific faktion until you have build a buissnes in all towns of that said faktion). quest aswell they give you sometimes good money

I never make peace with the Noldor, well not untill I have a fully upgraded Custom Knighthood Order. You can take a band of Noldor with the same amount of mid to high tier Cavalry. ex. 70 Noldor vs 70 Cavalry, Cavalry wins. The best would be Maiden Cavalry, Hero Adventurer, and Mercenary Cavalry but they usually only make up half my army the rest are rescued knights from other factions.

I get the Noldor band to chase my army to flat land then let them attack me. I tell my troops to "hold fire" and "follow me" and "spread out". Then I ride out toward the Noldor line with my shield up at a pace that my army wont break the attack line. Then about 1/2 to 3/4 distance i charge by my self. When Im passed the Noldor line I tell my troops to "Charge". If everything falls into place your line smashes into the Noldor line and the Noldor wont be able to use archer and switch to swords. When you get rid of most of the Noldor ground troops you can tell the troops to "fire at will" and get rid of the Noldor Calvary.

If you keep fighting the Noldor long enough you can fully gear up your own Companions. Weapons and armor you cant equip you can sell and you can sell off any Noldor you capture.

Also if you want to make peace with the Noldor and you have a fully kitted CKO its really easy. I change the main weapons of my CKO to blunt weapons. Doom mace if you have defeated Eyegrim or Cavalry mace if not. Then attack Noldor bands and take prisoners. Once you have a 100 put them in prison. Then go out and get 100 more. When you get 100 let them all go and you get 0 relations with the Noldor. Now go to the prison and release the rest of the 100 and you gain 100 relations with the Noldor.

get battlebrothers war priests and inquisitors and go around knocking out fighting inquisitors, kill the mercenaries as they can kill ur soldiers and let the clubmen fight it out and you will alot of prisoners. And since Ramun the slave trader is in d'shar territories you can sell them expensive. I make around 20k a day with 60 prisoner space.
weekly wage on party is about 2.5k with 100 units

at the start of the game, if you can, id fully suggest to do the arena battles as if you kill everyone and you are the last one standing you earn 2000 denars, can be useful to start a couple of businesses then do what all the other people said afterwards

I sometimes take a diff way. I raise my charisma to 15 get 5 prisoner then join as a merc to any faction that is at war. I join the lords in battle that they will win auto battle it for the most prisoners max out of prisoners sell and repeat if faction makes peace at the end of month i join the next faction thats at war. Very shortly you will be rolling in coin. If you can remember who owns which city you can also take lords as prisoners for bonus coin. Altho doing that, i never take the good lords i let them go for rep.

Gold tier tip here.
