Which is better Ruby or Sapphire two-handed sword?

I have a sapphire bow which is awesome! I have a gem to upgrade my sword. Ruby has pierce and high damage but sapphire is really fast. Which should I use?

They are both op, so go for better looking one.

Sapphire is good for crowd control and ruby is good at killing anyone in a 1v1
