You should create a map based only around this moving platform.

Allow customization of:
- Platform movement speed
- Platform randomness
- Target size

Another neat feature would be to enable a mode where the target respawns somewhere else after a certain time has passed. This will train aiming while moving.

You could even just make a hybrid of this and the training_aim_csgo map, the classic mode and the fast aiming mode in particular. Being able to practice that map while on a moving platform sounds like a really good idea that a lot of people would like. May even become most subscribed one day.
