Report a translation problem
So far corrupted soil stays corrupted - sorry.
For translations we need translators, with no russian translator, no russian translation.
I can see how you have set it up now, and it makes sense. If i could make a suggestion though, either get rid of the crystal requirement to research OR set it so the meteor is the first guarenteed tiberium event. For me a tree was mutated and as such i couldnt get all 3 from it (so far as i could tell). and the green just overtook everything with no way to fight back. Also perhaps explicitly explaining in the game that you can get all 3 from a meteor. :) otherwise though a great mod!

Also having started again and lucking out with an early meteor i found that tiberium even eats at natural rock walls, is this intended or a bug?
The fix might not come anytime soon though.
