I'm posting this so that people who need help with things have a place to put it other than the comments. Hopefully it will help clear the number of people asking about how to get the race to show up in the race selection screen (Which you must also install a character extender mod to see them in case you are here for that).

Also for what I was origially here for, I'm not sure if this was intended or not but I assume you guys have seen the gas pump; and realize it sells fuel dirt cheap and that you can pick it up and put it on your ship. I'm relativly sure that you are supposed to be able to get fuel cheaply from them, but I don't think you are supposed to be able to sell things at full price in them. Is this intentional or...?

Ya, look at the buy and sell factor
"buyFactor" : 1.0, "sellFactor" : 1.0
Now look at Infinity Express
"buyFactor" : 5.0, "sellFactor" : 0.2
I think the sell factor should be 0 AND have "breakDropPool" : null or using a pool of scrap and fuel
