Throughout my journey, I stumbled upon the gateway that leads to what seems like a small isle in space with Draconis inhabitants and towards the very far right of the isle is a Draconis Mage or Scribe that sells a few things. I noticed that he has two crafting tables that look like the Enchanting Table from Minecraft, but there are no recipes available to me within this table despite one post here sharing the spawn IDs for these tomes.

Upon inspection, it tells me that I can use this table to craft Spell Tomes. What I'm wondering is how exactly do I craft this table for myself, and how do I unlock the recipes for these Spell Tomes?

I'm fine with spoilers or veiled spoilers/hints, so thanks to anyone who has the answer to share.
