If you don't want to have all the items from the mod on your server for balancing reason, you can simply hide the engrams you don't want to have.

example: (put this in your servers game.ini)

OverrideNamedEngramEntries=(EngramClassName="EngramEntry_VenomSpear_C",EngramHidden=True,EngramPointsCost=0,EngramLevelRequirement=0,RemoveEngramPreReq=False)

You can find the engram names in the spawn codes list or just take a look into the mod folder with the number 864527450 :)
