I think the necklace should be the only thing allowed to be painted personally.

It's important for clarity that the majority of a player's body is recognisable.
While not as egregious as the Water Waders, for example, the jumper being coloured takes away a fair portion of team colour.

It's a nice item and looks great; the set looks fantastic but it could impact gameplay somewhat, even if the arms are 'recognisable', especially since this could be combined with other items to further obfuscate team colours.

Same issues apply with the skirt.
