I get the same error. What does it mean "I have new industry enabled" ? And how do I change it ?

I think it is important to mention here that it ONLY WORKS WITH SAVEGAMES not with NEW GAMES... that was how it works for me ! ;)

OHHHHHH! With savegames, not with new loads! Makes much more sense.

1. Set all use building new map
2. save
3. load and turn on this mod.
4. have fun!
