BUG: Wallpaper Resets My Screen's Colour Calibration Every Time I Restart my Laptop.
This wallpaper seems to reset my screen's colour calibration settings every time i turn off and then turn on my laptop again. A few minutes after turning on my com I noticed that my screen's colours suddenly becomes a brighter yellow tone, the way it was before I recalibrated my screen's colours. I have set my screen to have slightly lower display gamma than usual and have a slightly higher blue value than red & green, so it is very noticeable when it got changed back to normal.
This problem goes away when I'm not using this nekopara wallpaper so I am very sure that this is a problem caused by this wallpaper. Pls look into this, thanks. :steamhappy:

This wallpaper never changes those settings intentionally. So that's not a bug caused by me, or in other words, can be fixed by me. Right now it's not clear who is responsible for this issue, maybe Unity or Windows or Emote engine. When I searching online I can find someone who seems not using this wallpaper has the same problem.
I suggest you figure out when this happens.
If it happens right after this app closed, I think it's unfixable;
If it only happens when you shutting down computer with this wallpaper running, you can stop it before shutdown;
If it happens when you booting up system with this wallpaper starting on boot automatically (which is already not recommended), you can stop it from starting by auto.

Hmm, it's only happening when I use this wallpaper though. Maybe something about my computer not working right with the nekopara application I guess.

Wait why is booting automatically not recommended? That's what I have it set to at the moment. Could that be the cause?

I don't recommend "startup on boot" because there are another issue caused by Unity and Emote engine there - the "pink screen" issue. It may happens when the wallpaper starts too early (maybe before some graphic driver? IDK), at that time the wallpaper crashed and the wallpaper became pink because Unity uses pink as a warning color of lack of shader. I think there may be other side affects such as your situation but you seems haven't come across it?

Ohh I see. I will try disabling start up on boot and see how the situation goes. Thanks.
