How do I use the pug book in game?

I've tried to right click, left click, equip, etc and nothing.

if you right click on it in your bags you can equip it that way as well. but then you'd have to go back in your bags to unequip it as well

Figured it out. Have to equip it, then pull it up and right click on mouse.
