lemme just throw some things out why i think pug got #11 and not 1 in the modding contest,

1. not enough ini settings for the sheer amount of stuff this mod does. for example setting to disable crazy colors or to disable all the weird random stuff that makes ark feel like a fever dream (Jerbob Ross?! tf?)

2. too ambitious. simple and sweet. ark is pretty neatly tied up in its roles for creatures and while this shakes it up in a delightful and fresh manner, some things just.... don't fit. (enter glacials, conflagarants, zombies, custom bosses, etc.)

3. the poor pvp balance. no creature needs 40 quintillion health. game would be much more fun with bosses at 100-200k health so a well placed giga/rex army could stand a chance.

4. touched on this earlier, but for a decent portion of ark's playerbase this is the reason they stray from this. RANDOM COLORS that make every creature look like it just survived a paint explosion and makes breeding ultimately feel useless. (ergo no super duper late game to keep people playing)

5. not a lot of community input, i doubt this will even be read by the man himself, and even then i doubt any of the points ive raised will be changed



Please don't miscontrue my intentions, I love this mod and its content. These criticisms are meant to be constructive and to better the experience of pugnacia as a whole.
