System.IndexOutOfRangeException when trying to enable the mod
For some reason I'm getting an error, when I'm trying to enable the mod.

Here is what it says:
A Mod caused an error [ModException] Details: System.IndexOutOfRangeException: Array index is out of range. at OptionsMainPanel.AddUserMods () [0x00000] in <filename unknown>:0

I've installed the following mods:
- Parallel Road Tool 2.0.0.-dev
- 81 Tiles by BloodyPenguin
- Extra Landscaping Tools by BloodyPenguin
- Loading Sceen Mod by thale5
- Mods Listing by CoarzFlovv
- Move It by Quboid
- Net Picker by Elektrix
- Pause on load by MrLawbreaker
- Roundabout Builder by Strad
- TM:PE 10.20 by LinuxFan
- ToggleableWhiteness by BloodyPenguin

Also your mod has the name: "812125426" (being the id), but if I go into the Steam Workshop Tab in the Content Manager of Cities: Skylines the name is completly normal.
I don't knwo if this is right or not so I'll include that.

I am running the newest version of the game (1.12.1-f2) and don't have any DLCs installed.

I'm hoping that you can fix the issue. I think it could be caused in the AddUserMods () method in the OptionsMainPanel class.

If you need any more information about the bug or my settings ingame feel free to ask :D

Nevermind just restarted the game and it works like a charm. Don't quite know why but ok

I'm leaving this discussion for the people who have the same problem. Just restart the game.

I received this same error after unsubscribing from Network Extensions and subscribing to Network Extensions 2. A restart of the game seems to have worked for me as well. Thank you for posting this!
