I would say YES

Very differentiated outline and nice animation...

yes, id think this on the hong kong cone looked epic! but ill be real and say i want a sparkling cap lol

It looks FABULOUS!

It'll also be the 2nd known unusual effect to be team-colored.

I am praying this gets accepted, it looks so beautiful.

Definitely a god-tier one.

It acts like a Full Moon for BLU Team and a Purple Energy for RED Team. Definitely a great one.

I love effects like these, very unique and simple, with great design. I love Morning Glory and Death at Dusk so this effect looks absolutely amazing to me, I hope it gets added to the game
