add layers and other wallpapers on top
i have been using this mod for some time now, and i am starting to want to see layers of effects or other transparent images on top of this mod.
for example: add audio visualizer...
is there a way to do so?

In short: Not really ..

You might be able to merge 2 webwallpapers together if you are experienced with html/javascript and know how to merge the code, html and settings together into a new wallpaper. As for scene wallpapers I am not sure, I assume it is possible in theory but wouldn't even know where to start as I don't make those and it might a lot of work. I don't think the other types of wallpapers can be merged at all.
