1) negative traits should only have chance to be gained at lvl 4; would also be nice if the chance those traits get picked are controlled by the leader's age - the older, the higher the chance;
2) the "Spark of genius" should be removed from starting traits and get granted on lvl 5 to any research scientist that has no "Arrested development", "Stubborn" or "Sentient AI assistant" traits.
The traits "Adaptable" and "Eager" should have a "bonus" role: the ruler can have them at start as a "free" addition to the "main" starting trait. The "Resilient" is a trait the leader can get at level 4 if it doesn't get the negative trait.
As the result all research leaders traits shall form a certain pattern:
1) general research bonus ("Maniacal" / "Custom AI assistant" / "Sentient AI Assistant" / "Synthetic") + optional bonus trait ("Adaptable" or "Eager");
2) specific field of expertise (the one giving +10% to research in a certain area);
3) specific field of expertise (the one giving +10% to research in a certain area);
4) buff ("Resilient") or debuff ("Arrested Development" / "Stubborn" / "Substance Abuser");
5) final research bonus ("Spark of genius").
