I wrote myself a small hidden event that removes them, then refires a modified level up script (one that removes the chance to get any negative traits from every type of leader), works like a charm :)
I used to do a bit of scripting for EU4 mods, so I might have a look into it and post someting back if i can find something thats easy to implement. Either way, thanks for the reply Arturia
Just a quick question. If you've gotten tech that upgrades recruitment levels, would it be possible to allow them to spawn with the correct number of traits?
So a level 3 admiral should spawn with 5 traits. Or some trigger event that allows them to catch up on their next level up.
