XC_Encounters Reupload!
I did some sleuthing and was able to get in contact with Smarmbot, and not only got permission to reupload the files I had, but he sent me the original files!

NOTE: This is an old mod that was not thoroughly bug tested. I am not the original author and I cannot provide any support. Any bugs the mod has are there to stay.

Ha, I just noticed that there's a new discussion ;-)

None of the mods that XC_Encounters is based on changed since 2017, a long time before XC_Encounters original was taken down.
So the .pak file from the new download location should work as before - with all the bugs and shortcomings inherent to the game's engine.

I'm a lazy one, so I did not check if the new location includes the "Steam Supplement" which is necessary for the Epic Encounters part to work.
If it's not included in the new download, try Epic Encounters' version, it should also work.

Thanks to Revan for providing the new download.
(Neither Elric nor Ameranth - the Epic Encounters guys - nor myself ever had any control over XC_Encounters, and so it was as surprising as for anybody else when it was taken down. I did not even have the .pak file locally bcause I never needed it ;-)

Not to worry, these are the full files with the .pak files and the loose files (which are required for both Steam and GOG versions of the game).

Small note: there's no difference between a "Steam version" and a "GOG version".
The only difference is how a mod is installed, by subscribing to a Workshop mod (Steam) or manually (GOG).

In the case of XC_Encounters, it's a mixture even for Steam users because the supplement *must* be installed manually.

Yeah, what I mean is I don't have the separate Steam Workshop and supplement files.

@Revan7even sup. Don't know where to ask, so will put the question here. Do you know how to make recipe books? Can't find "recipe books" as per instruction https://forums.larian.com/ubbthreads.php?ubb=showflat&Number=592194]here... Using XC_Encounters from your link

Looks like you need a "# Recipe Collection" item, which are old books that had a number in front, and it converts it into a new item like "Armorer recipe book". These crafting recipes for "recipe books" are for old saves made with an old version of the mod, the new recipe books I believe are given to you in the Cyseal crafting area on new saves with the version of the mod I uploaded.
