How do I get in!! Ive found the entrence with the giant gold gate that you cant enter with the dream journal. Where do I go next?

Find Lorcano in the Business District, and finish speaking with him to get his quest, as well as a key that will open a different door to the Lost Archive. Go into the Scy'llaran Marketplace and look for a locked gate. This will let you fully explore the Archive.
