Problem with DLL - Various Mod Components

As soon as i open the mod section in game the mod disappears out of the mods folder at
\My Games\Sid Meier's Civilization 5\MODS\DLL - Various Mod Components (v 88)
any idea why?

It possibly happens due to the fact that I use (1) Community Patch and it´s already included there...
If its the same for you, we perhaps have an answer for hat problem
